I was disappointed with the realization that “Cherry” is going to probably be his love interest. I would've rated the book 5 stars if not for the omission of "The Kiss," and if pedaling and fingering were in the book. And, I probably liked the fact that in this rags to riches story, Archer allowed the character to maintain a sense of humility, that is to say that Charlie Trumpet never became over pretentious in his difficult climb to success.
