The Blessed Virgin is at the top of her form, drives and lands on the green. Though the finality, or lack thereof in the book was upsetting, the charm of the previous 3/4 is more than enough to earn it four stars and a place among some of my favorite westerns ever. I enjoyed this book and look forward to many more Kelton stories. This is writ-ing for your life.
